The HH-ACW-43MW continuous wrist features a robust precision mechanism that allows for rapid orientation of the probe to any position while maintaining accurate 3D trajectories. To ensure optimal machine efficiency, the system controller continuously adjusts the motion and speed of the wrist.
The design of the HH-ACW-43MW enables full access to the part being measured by accommodating exceptionally long probe extensions and providing the ability to orient the probe in nearly unlimited angular positions. Additionally, it can be purchased with an integrated third continuous axis, specifically designed to enhance the use of non-contact sensors. This wrist supports both point-to-point and scanning measurement modes, making it compatible with a variety of probes, including point-to-point touch-trigger probes and standard probes, as well as tool changers and racks.
