The HH-A-T2.5 may reach 12,240 distinct positions and index in 2.5° increments.
A kinematic joint (TKJ) on the head can be linked to a Multiwire to support several sensors.
With the HR-R tool changer, the TKJ can be replaced automatically or manually without requalification.
The new heavy duty kinematic joint, capacitive crash protection, and a completely incorporated controller are just a few of the new features included in the HH-A-2.5 line of probe heads.
A fully revised drive system, which includes a Hirth Gear for precise probe positioning, is advantageous for all of the probe heads in the range. The new design offers the benefits of extremely strong rotational torque and a great degree of indexable positions.
