9142

Data Temperature and measurement data are reliably transmitted via the IRR91.42.This device can interact with infrared tool setters and M&H infrared probes. It allows a single machine to connect to three different probing systems simultaneously. The compact stainless steel enclosure contains all necessary components.
Applications include machining centers, milling machines, vertical turning machines, and turning/milling centers.

Key Features:
– Direct machine control connection, eliminating the need for an additional electronic module.
– Suitable for multi-axis devices with a rotating head.

Benefits:
– The HDR (High Data Rate) and HDR+ infrared transmission systems remove the influence of ambient light on measurements.
– The device is robust and fully waterproof, meeting IP68 standards for measurement and temperature data.

Features & Benefits

  • Sturdy and Water-Resistant
The IRR91.42 features only Viton seals and a housing made of stainless steel, making it well-suited to meet the needs of machine tools.
  • Supported Temperature Probe
The Infrared Temperature Probing System, IRP25.50-TP from m&h, is compatible with the IRR91.42. This proprietary technology enhances the performance of your machine tool in several ways.
  • Installation in the Headstock
Due to its compact size, the IRR91.42 can be easily installed directly in the headstock and is compatible with any machine.
