Features & Benefits
SIMULATION OF ROBODYN
Before connecting to the physical system, line-of-sight issues and offline path generation can be represented and analyzed using the Robodyn simulation module. This module provides feedback on path accessibility, including aspects such as inverse kinematics and joint limitations.
The simulation supports various types of movement, including point-to-point (PTP), linear, arc, and spline curve movements. It also allows for the analysis of robot mobility within two-dimensional systems.
CALIBRATION OF ROBODYN
To enhance absolute positioning accuracy, the calibration module offers a quick and straightforward method for aligning the robot with a laser tracker and adjusting the robot’s kinematic configuration. This process includes base alignment and calculations for tool center point (TCP) offsets.
ROBO-DYN Performance Test
Any industrial robot can be assessed for accuracy and performance using the ISO test module in accordance with the ISO 9283 standard.
The duration and specific tests required can be defined in various ways. The robotic inspection path is automatically generated, and the definition of working zones is flexible. Additionally, there is direct control of both the laser tracker and the robot.
