TubeInspect is a complete measurement cell designed specifically for effective quality management of bent tubes and wires.

There are two sizes available for TubeInspect. The TubeInspect P8.2 models are suitable for tubes with a maximum diameter of 125 millimeters and a length of less than 1000 millimeters. They are equipped with an 8-camera array. The industrial-sized TubeInspect P16.2 models, on the other hand, come with a 16-camera array and can measure tubes up to 7 meters long and up to 200 millimeters in diameter.

Inspect

A specialized tool called 3D Hairpin Inspect is used to measure electric motor hairpins at high speeds in a production environment. This system supports the entire process, including setting up the hairpin production machine.

The system features a newly designed user interface, called BendingStudio XT, which simplifies the management of production for shop floor users with minimal training. It focuses on the essential capabilities needed for the hairpin manufacturing process.

In addition, the TubeInspect platform offers high-resolution models for seamless integration into a larger robotic tube manufacturing cell. It also has full automation capabilities. Moreover, it includes the ability to measure end holders and fittings using CAD-Adaptors through image analysis instead of mechanical adaptors.
